UK’s #1 premium ice cream brand, currently in Italy, France, Russia, Brazil, and Turkey, is finally making is debut in the Philippines!
Last week, I was invited to join a gelato making masterclass. Although I’m not really into cooking and things to do in the kitchen, the invite somehow piqued my interest since I love ice cream and I thought it wouldn’t hurt to learn how to make the soft and creamy Italian version of it.
With Chef Miko Aspiras’ guide, we made this bowl of creamy Pistachio gelato from scratch. It was kind of cool to see the ingredients come together into this yummy and creamy gelato in a matter of minutes.
The secret of Carte D’Or Gelato is that the brand only uses the finest ingredients to create their gelato–starting with real Australian cream as its main ingredient. Using real cream not only gives gelato its creamier texture but also its pure, clean taste. Compared to regular ice cream, there’s also less air that’s put into gelato, making the flavor even richer.
Carte D’Or Gelato offers a lineup of flavors crafted with real Australian cream & only the finest ingredients sourced from all around the world–from Australian butter to pistachios harvested from South Australia and California; from Belgian chocolate to hazelnuts grown in Turkey. With this, Carte D’Or Gelato achieve a truly authentic flavor experience in every cup.
Four flavors Pistachio, Double Dark Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Choco Hazelnut of Carte D’Or Gelato will be available in select supermarkets & convenience stores nationwide starting May 23. Price starts at Php 295 for 475mL.
Keep your eyes peeled for Carte D’Or Gelato at your favorite weekend market this May!
