If you know me well enough, you’d know how much I hate cooking. I have a slight pyrophobia or an irrational fear of fire. I hate being close to fire and so the things I’m only able to prepare in the kitchen would be desserts like a bowl of fruit salad–or anything NO COOK or NO BAKE.
But since I got my De’Longhi 3-in-1 Indoor Grill, I am proud to say I was able to prepare a couple of dishes with it. Yay!

To be honest, I got a bit excited when I finally got my indoor grill. First thing on the list was to cook Chicken Inasal ❤
We bought the Chicken Inasal marinate from the grocery and let our chicken sit overnight. Once it’s ready for grilling, we set the temperature at 130 degrees heated both sides.
Cooking with De’Longhi Indoor Grill was quick and breezy. In a matter of minutes the chicken were cooked perfectly. Oh, and don’t you just love the grill marks on it? Looks so legit!
We were also able to cook grilled bangus…
.. grilled home-made 100% Australian beef hamburger patties…
…and even cooked Korean pancakes with it!
Obviously I’m super enjoying my De’Longhi Indoor Grill.
