Product Review: Gorgeous Cosmetics Cheek Creme Blush

I have long been intimidated with cream blushes and what gave me the change of heart is no other than Gorgeous Cosmetics’ Cheek Creme Blush.

To be honest, I have tried using a cream (stick) blush before and it seems to appear so streaky and too intense for me. I never seem to get it right. Since then, I kind of contented myself with powder blushes even though most powder blushes disappear by the end of the day.

When I got this cream blush from Gorgeous Cosmetics, I really took time to decide–like I caught myself staring at it on the palm of my hands–whether I should try this cream blush out or just give it away to my readers. But since Gorgeous is one of the brands I am really loving lately, I thought: “why not give it a shot?” So I took my Virginia Olsen synthetic brush and worked my magic with it.

What I love about Gorgeous Cosmetics Cheek Creme Blush is that you need very little product to give your cheeks a good healthy flush.–no powdery or chalky cheeks! I got mine in Peaches & Cream and I’m really loving this warm peach shade on me… In fact, my powder blushes have sort of taken the backseat lately. πŸ™‚

I also love the fact that Gorgeous Cosmetics Cheek Creme Blush lasts for more than 8 hours. I didn’t have to retouch by the time the clock hits 5 and I’m headed out for a quick catch-up dinner with friends. My gorgeous peach flush stays put until the time I get home.

Gorgeous Cosmetics Cheek Creme Blush retails for Php1,100.00 with shades including Sweet Cream, Berry Cream, Strawberries & Cream, Crème Brulee, Peaches & Cream and Caramel Whip.

I haven’t tried using creme blush because I think I will encounter that sticky feeling on my cheeks. Hehe. But I read your post and wow, thumbs up for the lasting hours of this creme blush! My blush on (lol cosmetics) only lasts for 2-3 hours and I hate that retouch factor because I find it timely.. and I ended up buying it again after 3 weeks. lakas ko gumamit ng blush on. Haha. πŸ˜€ Maybe I should switch na in this kind of blush, it looks very cute to wear and natural. Is the finishing touch of this blush is luminous or matte? Sorry, I haven’t tried any kind of creme blush before and I was very curious about this one. You did a very nice review πŸ™‚ hehe. Share your motd with us Ms. Jirbie πŸ™‚

Hi! The finish is not really matte nor luminous. To me, it’s somewhere in between… It looks so much like your natural flush. I haven’t been feeling well in the past couple of days and this is the product that is making me look far from being sick. πŸ˜‰
