Etude House Precious Mineral Any Cushion vs Magic Any Cushion

Not so long ago, I posted a review on one of Etude’s most innovative product–Precious Mineral Any Cushion, which I gushed on how amazing the concept is: a liquid foundation inside a compact.

Today, I would like to introduce to you its sister: Etude House Magic Any Cushion.

Right off the bat, you can notice that the packaging of the two products are so much alike since the same technology is applied: both are a liquid foundation in a compact case. The scent is also similar for the two with its fresh light floral smell. However, you can notice that the SPF is higher in Precious Mineral Any Cushion with SPF50, as compared to Magic Any Cushion’s SPF34.

So, what’s the main difference of the two then? While both products has the same skin brightening, whitening, wrinkle care, and cooling moisture formulation, Etude House Precious Mineral Any Cushion is more on the BB Cream feature. Its shades stick to the neutral skin toned variety. On the other hand, Etude House Magic Any Cushion is more on the color correcting side. Thus, its shades are in #1 Magic Pink, #2 Magic Mint, and #3 Magic Peach.

Magic Mint is for red skin tone as green counters the red blemishes on our face. Magic Pink is targeted to those with pale white skin tone, common with Asian skin. Magic Peach is perfect for brightening dull and dark skin tone suitable for morena beauties.

It is best to apply Etude House Magic Any Cushion first before layering with Etude House Precious Mineral Any Cushion for more coverage. Both are products are buildable and works well alone or together. Also, both Etude HouseΒ Precious Mineral Any Cushion and Magic Any Cushion retails for only Php998.00 each.
