The HEAT is on EDSA Shang! Whether you are there for a celebration or just a random gathering with friends, Heat gives you one of the best buffet experiences.
The choices of food is impeccable. It has eight interactive stations serving Japanese, Indian, Korean, Chinese and Italian cuisines. I enjoyed their salad bar, Japanese sushi and sashimi bar (I hoarded lots of makis and tempuras!), and their seafood bar. Tip though, the Kani Salad is not served on the buffet table–you would have to ask for it from the chef.
After eating my salads, dimsums, and Japs, I excitedly moved on to desserts! I loved their crepe station and custards bar (I was overjoyed with their panna cottas). They’ve got fresh fruits and mallows by the choco fountain station.
The best part: Heat’s got both brown and white choco fountain! Yum!!
It’s about Php 1,500.00 per head–exclusive of drinks.
