Cheers to more of my FroYo escapades! I still can’t get enough of having FroYos–at least weekly… and this week, it’s time to put Yogurbud to my taste test.

I almost had tears of joy when I stumbled upon Yogurbud this afternoon while I was doing my weekly clothes shopping. Of all places, I never thought Megamall would have one of these. I mean, Megamall is one of those gawky places in Manila… who would’ve thought a FroYo store would survive here?!

True enough, when I found Yogurbud, no one was even eating at the store. Poor thing, what a waste! They (the Yogurbud peeps) should’ve gone to Rockwell instead or Shangri-La or something. The Megamall crowd would never appreciate something as wonderful as FroYos. I bet they’d just stick to their McDip!!

I was feeling extra generous today and I bought three frozen yogurts: Strawberry, Kiwi, and Banana. What’s unique with Yogurbud is that each cup comes with a bread… but that doesn’t give much oomph for me. Anyway, price wise, Yohgurt Froz still kicks ass since Yogurbud’s classic frozen yogurt comes for Php 90–plus toppings of P30 each. However, this is better than Lulubelle’s since at P120, you get to have a big cup with toppings already.

As for the taste, I love their tangy yogurt… and I love the fact that they have a lot of fruit selection as toppings! Well, maybe it’s because nobody really eats here that much in Megamall. So unlike Yohgurt Froz, when there’s always something out of stock!
